Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Battleground Sensitivity (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian's permission.

2. Account & Device Binding

You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your Google sign-in credentials safe. You may not:

• Create multiple accounts to farm rewards
• Share your account with others
• Impersonate another person or entity

To prevent multi-account farming, each physical device can be bound to only one account. If you legitimately change phones, contact support and we will release the binding so you can sign in on the new device.

3. In-App Points (UC)

UC is virtual currency earned by watching rewarded ads or completing eligible campaigns. UC has the following properties:

• UC is not real money and has no cash value
• UC cannot be converted back to real money or transferred outside the app
• UC may only be spent on in-app redeemables listed in the Redeem Catalog
• We reserve the right to reverse, adjust, or remove UC obtained through fraud, glitches, or terms violations
• Your UC balance may expire if your account is inactive for 12 months
• If your account is deleted (by you or us), UC is forfeit and any pending redemptions are cancelled

4. Rewarded Ads & Streak

When you watch a rewarded ad, we verify the view server-side via the ad network's signed callback before crediting points. If the verification fails or appears fraudulent, points are not credited. We may impose daily caps, cooldowns between ads, group cooldowns after a run of ads, and per-tier rate limits.

The daily streak feature awards multipliers on bonus rounds for users who hit their daily ad cap on consecutive days. Streak progress and recovery limits are configured per tier and may change over time.

Attempting to manipulate ad playback (emulators, VPN region switching for higher payouts, auto-click scripts, modified APKs, accessibility service abuse, etc.) constitutes abuse and may result in account termination, balance forfeiture, and a permanent ban from the reward economy.

5. Redemption Orders

Redemption orders for in-game UC require a write-once in-game ID, which you provide once and cannot edit yourself. This protects against fraud where a compromised account could be redirected to a different player's ID. If you need to update your in-game ID because of a typo or legitimate account change, contact support.

Gift-card redemptions are delivered via email. We snapshot the email address attached to your Google account at order time. Code delivery typically takes a few hours; status is visible in Profile → My Redemptions.

Personal redeem items unlocked through campaigns are visible only to the specific accounts that earned them.

6. Campaigns

Some campaigns reward in-app points (UC) in exchange for a verified player profile and a sensitivity submission. Campaigns are subject to the following rules:

• Chipset uniqueness: each device chipset can be claimed once per campaign. Slots are first-come-first-served.
• Two-step admin review: step 1 verifies your player profile (in-game ID, optional YouTube / Instagram links). Step 2 reviews the sensitivity values you submit.
• 1-hour submission window: after step 1 is approved, you have 1 hour to submit your sensitivity values. If you miss this window, your application is automatically rejected and the slot is released for other applicants.
• Reward credit: points are credited only after step 2 succeeds. They are then redeemable in the Redeem Catalog.
• Anti-fraud: submissions found to be copied from other players, randomly filled, or otherwise faked may be rejected and the user may be barred from future campaigns. After a rejection, a cooldown applies before re-applying to the same campaign.
• Per-week cap: the total number of campaign applications a user can submit in a rolling week may be capped to keep review queues healthy.

7. User-Submitted Content

When you submit a sensitivity profile, control layout, screenshot, or campaign entry:

• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and showcase it in the app and on our marketing channels
• You warrant that the content is your own or you have permission to submit it
• We may edit, hide, or remove your submission at our discretion
• Submissions pass through admin moderation before they are published to other users; campaigns pass a two-step review (player verification, then sensitivity verification)

Prohibited content includes: nudity, hate speech, harassment, impersonation of streamers or officials, spam, malware, or any copyrighted material you don't own.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
• Use the app to distribute malware or phishing content
• Exploit security vulnerabilities for personal gain (responsible disclosure is welcome — email us)
• Scrape our content in bulk for a competing service
• Use the app in ways that burden our infrastructure (e.g. automated requests)
• Use compromised, banned, or shared Google accounts to circumvent device-binding limits

10. Third-Party Services

The app integrates with Firebase (Google), Google AdMob, and Unity Ads. Your use of features relying on these services is also subject to their terms and policies.

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, attempt fraud, or abuse the reward system. Admin termination revokes your refresh tokens and force-signs-out all active sessions on the next app cold start. You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account.

12. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Sensitivity values are community-submitted suggestions; we don't guarantee they will improve your in-game performance. Play responsibly.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of UC, lost playtime, or loss of gaming progress.

14. Migration & App Replacement

If we ever need to move users to a replacement app (e.g. to comply with a Play Store decision or platform policy change), we will surface an in-app screen with instructions and a direct install link to the replacement. Your account, balance, and submissions will be preserved on the replacement provided you sign in with the same Google account.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of India.
